CARING FOR BLOCK PRINTED FABRIC

Block Printed Fabric
Please Note that block printed fabric is created by hand.  It is 100% cotton and printed using a technique that is thousands of years old, uses no machinery or nasty chemicals and no electricity. All the dyes used are plant based.  The product is a slow and steady work of art and must be treated as such. It is delicate and special artisan product. Some dyes bleed a little and this is why it is so important to wash separately in cold water (no harsh detergent) and to dry out of direct sunlight. Washing instructions are paramount to keeping your block print fabric special for years to come. 
Imperfections are what sets the fabric aside from machine printing. Its beauty is created by hand and eye. 
Returns cannot be accepted if the fabric has been inappropriately cared for.

SHIPPING & DISPATCH INFORMATION:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that depending on the local courier service, some international destinations have longer transit times.  Please contact us directly for queries in relation to shipping outside of Ireland.
Our priority is you. You've chosen to order with us and we really appreciate your custom, therefore we always aim to dispatch your order promptly.
To ensure a successful delivery of your Juniper Lane order, it’s important that you supply accurate information.
Please Note: Juniper Lane will not be responsible for missing items where you have provided unsafe instruction such as an address other than your own address. E.g., "if not in, leave around back" or "leave next door" or any instructions of such nature.

ONCE WE DISPATCH:

After your order is carefully received, picked and packed we hand it over to our trusted couriers. We work with a variety of couriers to allow us to dispatch globally and on time.
Most orders arrive before the estimated delivery window for all regions, however if you are concerned about your delivery please ensure you wait until the estimated shipping window has passed before contacting us.

MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?

Firstly, don’t panic! We trust our couriers to deliver - every time. 99% of the time it’s perfect. However, we understand that sometimes an order can be delayed during peak periods or (although rarely) lost on route.
Delayed Packages could be due to a slow transit, a customs delay or challenging post office policies in some regions.
If your parcel appears to be lost, we must wait up to 28 days before we are able to formally file a missing parcel claim. Until this time period has passed as your parcel may still be in transit.
Following this time period, we will open a "missing parcel investigation". This will provide additional delivery information, where possible and validate that it has not been delivered.
Please note: we cannot send out a repeat order or a refund until we receive confirmation that the order is lost in transit.

RETURNS:

We do hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you would like to return your item(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in re-saleable condition. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the goods you have received are faulty or damaged. Please ensure that you use a trusted shipping service and keep a receipt of your returned item(s) as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost in transit, however by keeping the receipt you may be eligible to claim compensation with your chosen shipping service. 

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account.

BREXIT IMPLICATIONS FOR UK ORDERS:

The seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

RETURNS ADDRESS:

Please contact us and we will be able to provide you with the returns address.

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your request.
Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and within its original packaging.
We will not be able to refund any postage charges.
Postage for returns is at your own cost.
Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately and do not dispose of the damaged item.
Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.
