Jackie Block Print Quilted Jacket

A gorgeous 100% Cotton Quilted Jacket handmade with fabric that has been hand printed by stamping a carved wooden block, colour by colour onto the cotton. A practice that has been around for thousands of years. This jacket has buttons and pockets on both sides making it reversible.
The coloured dyes are free of chemicals normally used in digital printing to allow for vigorous washing processes we have today.
Each piece therefore is completely unique with each swatch of fabric having its own individualities by the human involvement in this labourius process.
It is slow fashion at its finest. 
Care: Hand wash only in cold water, mild detergent and line dry. No stain remover or soaking.
