Rachel Block Print Apron

Hand Block Printed Fabric is quite special. It has been practised for thousands of years and the production hasn't changed. The design is first carved into a wooden block before the master printer hand stamps the blank fabric adding natural occurring dyes as he goes.  Its a time consuming process yielding wonderful results that modern printing methods simply cannot achieve.
Being a handmade product, the printing  is perfectly imperfect owing to the human hand and eye that creates it.
